Vardhan has comprehensive understanding of law pertaining to civil, constitutional, criminal, Negotiable Instruments Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code etc. in the Bengaluru office and has also advised clients on various issues and drafted Suits, Agreements, MOU etc. He regularly appears before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial fora representing his clients in Mediation, Conciliation and pre-litigation matters and has been appearing before the Hon’ble Karnataka High Court, Civil Courts, Sessions Courts and Magistrates’ Courts and other tribunals in Karnataka. He is an aspiring second-generation lawyer with experience in litigation, Arbitration, Debts Recovery Proceedings, Constitutional Law, Property Disputes, Consumer Protection Laws, Family Law, Civil, Criminal and Environmental law.

Hailing from the southern part of India, Vardhan is fluent in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English. He enrolled himself in the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh and regularly appears in all judicial forums in both Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, where he has built his core litigation practice.

Vardhan is an alumnus of School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru.
