Vishnu has extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration law, Corporate Insolvency Proceedings, Alternate Dispute Resolutions, Contract Law, Criminal Law and Tort Law, with a primary focus in Insolvency Law and Litigation. He has advised and represented variety of clients in Civil and Criminal litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Madras High Court, National Company Law Tribunals, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, amongst others. His experience working in the Chambers of Senior Advocate, Mr. Mohan Parasaran (Former Solicitor General for India) enabled him to work on high stake Political matters, Commercial litigation, Tax matters and especially Constitutional Law matters.

Being a second generation lawyer, he was introduced to the field at a very young age, which helped him to have the ability to compartmentalize, deconstruct and tackle complex legal issues, while approach matter with tenacity and develop innovative case strategies. He seeks to provide holistic solutions to his clients while being relief and result oriented.
